This custom home's design was inspired by the client's desire to create a living space that brought the outdoors in. The owner's goal was achieved by incorporating a Nana Wall door system which opens thirty feet wide at the ocean side of the home.

The great room at the front of this custom built home features a 27 foot roof ridge skylight which brings natural daylight to the beautiful bamboo flooring and custom bamboo cabinetry.

The fir timbers in the roof structure are from sustainable forests and the cedar decking is locally sourced.

Behind the main house is a garage with an artist's studio over it. The studio sits high enough above the main house to enjoy the gorgeous ocean view.

Creativity was a welcome part of this design... complete with a wonderful Artist's Studio!
