Custom Built Home - Rustic Island Estate

The owners of this property fell in love with the design of a house they had seen in Kelowna BC.

Based on that homes' design and with the assistance of the GM Projects building team, their dream of building their own estate home on Gambier Island came true.

At the owner's request recycled timbers were incorporated into their custom home.

Flooring was created from resawn salvaged fir timbers.

The extensive use of Basalt and Pennsylvania Bluestone in fireplaces, floors, rock columns and landscaping blends this home seamlessly into Gambier Island.
