The well thought out design of this property has created a charming and multi-functional family escape.

Trees from the building envelope were milled on site. The lumber was used to build the "Boathouse" and decks. The family was able to enjoy the use of the Boathouse while the main house was under construction.

The owners chose wisely to incorporate a geothermal loop for heating and cooling.

The property also features multilevel decks for entertaining, an outdoor shower, and a back up generator system.
