The GM Projects Ltd. team of home building professionals is led by Gary McPhie, who has the building knowledge, expertise and experience that comes with building a wide variety of quality homes, cottages, boat houses and commercial buildings since 1975. GM Projects Ltd. Incorporation #503094, License #23772, and we are proud to be based in Gibsons, on the Sunshine Coast, British Columbia.

Master Builders since 1975, we began in Vancouver, West Vancouver and on Vancouver Island building top quality restaurants and homes. In 1995 we began specializing in remote water access building of Custom Island Homes and Cottages on Gambier Island. GM Projects built over 35 custom homes and cottages on Gambier Island, including 7 homes that exclusively use alternative energy systems, also known as off the grid, with Solar Power, Micro-Hydro, Propane and Diesel back-up generators. In addition to Island home and cottage building, we are also proud to be a quality home builder in Gibsons and on the Sunshine Coast BC. 

Our own recreational home is off the grid with solar power, an inverter system, a back-up generator and a gravity fed water system.
We love the Sunshine Coast, BC life too!
