As shown in the photo of this home building project our building crew was extremely sensitive to the surrounding environment. The home building crew were given less than 2 feet on the outside perimeter of the foundation in which to work to preserve delicate mosses and lichens on the site. They handled the challenge like the professionals they are - we are very proud of our teams respect for our clients' needs and wants.

Naturally, GM Projects Ltd. is licensed with the Homeowner Protection Office (HPO) in the province of British Columbia. All of our projects are covered by the 2-5-10 Home Owner Protection Warranty, which includes a minimum of 2 years on labour and materials, 5 years on the building envelope, including water penetration, and 10 years on structure. As a quality home builder we are registered with the HPO Registry.
